DAY 1
Arrival to the marina: Verde Hotel at the Stone Town [approx. 20-25 min drive from the airport
17:00 check-in. After the check-in Guests will be invited for a dinner where they will. meet all the crew
DAY 2
Leaving marina after breakfast and sailing toward Kizimkazi [30 NM/approx. 8h]
- stops at the sandbanks along the way including sunbathing and water baths, snorkeling and water sports
- anchoring at the Kizimkazi – dinner
- night cruise to Mafia Island [80 NM /approx. 12h]
DAY 3
An anchoring at Chole Bay in Mafia
- snorkeling or diving, water sports, island tour
- night cruise to Kilwa Kisiwani [60 NM / approx. 12 h]
DAY 4
09:00 Safari Trip start (after breakfast)
- transfer to Selous (approx. 3 h)
- lunch break on the way (lunch box)
15:00 accommodation and departure for a river cruise
16:00 cruise on the Rufiji River [the boat trip lasts from 4 PM to 6:30 PM] – the beautiful scenery of the Rufiji River, watching hippos, crocodiles, swimming in the water elephants, everything in the breath-taking scenery of beautiful nature, watching the stunning sunset from the boat; for bird lovers, this is a great opportunity to see unique species – Selous has over 350 species of birds and the river is a place where they flock in large numbers and are easily visible
- after the cruise return to the camp
- dinner and bonfire or local Ngoma dance show
DAY 5
07:00 Departure to the park. driving and discovering the park lunch break during the drive (lunch box)
15:00 return to Kilwa Kisiwani
19:00 arrival Kliwa and dinner (around 7 PM). an overnight
DAY 6
Starting of the returning cruise to Zanzibar
- morning tour of Kilwa Kisiwani ruins (subject to time availability)
- afternoon departure – the route runs through the Songo Songo Archipelo and Mafia [80 NM / approx. 12h]
- a half-way stop at a sanbank, bathing, snorkeling and fishing
- overnight anchoring at Mafia Island
DAY 7
Continuation of the returning trip
- departure Mafia in the morning (after breakfast)
- arrival Zanzibar
- evening visit to Stown Town, city tour (subject to time availability)
- farewell dinner
